Greetings! I am a graduate student with a passion for students and STEM! My background is in computer engineering and I absolutely love working with kids and have sought out opportunities to do so throughout my collegiate career. During my undergraduate years, I volunteered at the local Boys and Girls Club where I created and led an after school STEM program for three years. While in a previous graduate program I also worked as a K-8 tutor and teacher's assistant in the local public schools. In order to volunteer, I have had background checks and have received CPR/AED and First Aid training. Seeing students build confidence in themselves academically has been one of my main goals. I believe when a child can have fun and get excited about learning, it makes all the difference. I can't wait to work with your child!

Cecilé is amazing! My daughter was having a really hard time with her geometry class last term and I'm way too far removed to be of any assistance. I was looking for someone to help her and Cecilé was recommended from one of my friends. I was immediately drawn to her as a woman building a career in STEM and thought she'd be a great role model. My daughter took to Cecilé in a short time and they really got some good work done. Cecilé is not a miracle worker but there has been some great progress in grades and willingness to do homework. I hope to continue to use her this term and would recommend her to anyone looking for someone kind, smart and PATIENT!
