Was attentive a first. Showed up for her first shift to shadow with another caregiver. Was very professional and courteous and was on time for the first night. When shifts was finished she was supposed to come the next night for training again and never showed up. I tried to call and text her. Her phone went directly to voice mail, and there was no responce via text as well. I became concerned and wanted to make sure she was OK or if she still wanted the job there was still no responce the next day. So I considered the following evening no call no show as it was job abandonment.
