Hi! I'm Chalynn, a 22-year-old caregiver with experience as both an infant daycare teacher and a nanny. I'm passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. I have experience with infants and young children, including feeding, diaper changes, nap routines, tummy time, sensory play, and supporting developmental milestones. I'm familiar with Montessori principles, play-based learning, and Conscious Discipline, and I use these approaches to encourage independence, emotional growth, and curiosity.
