About Chandre

We have been incredibly lucky to have Chandre care for our daughter since January 2025. She started with us part-time and became full-time in June of 2025, but from her very first day, she felt like the right person for our family. Our daughter bonded with her immediately, which was very rare at the time, and seeing how safe and comfortable she felt with Chandre gave us so much peace of mind. Chandre is, without question, the most reliable caregiver we have ever worked with. She has always arrived early or on time, and whenever our workdays ran later than expected, she stayed without making us feel stressed or guilty. Knowing we could truly depend on her made an enormous difference in our lives. She has cared for our daughter with patience, warmth, and genuine love. As a mother herself, Chandre brought experience and understanding that we deeply appreciated, especially when our daughter was sick, going through a behavioral phase, or testing everyone’s patience during some very challenging mealtimes. She didn’t just watch our daughter; she helped us by offering her own first person experiences to navigate ours. Weather permitting, Chandre took our daughter outside nearly every day for walks and trips to playgrounds and parks. Our daughter has had so many happy days, new experiences, and little adventures because of her. It means so much to us that she gave our daughter that kind of attention and care every day. Over time, Chandre became much more than our babysitter. She became part of our family and an important part of our daughter’s life. It is difficult to imagine our daily routine without her, and saying goodbye to this chapter will be emotional for all of us. Our daughter will be starting daycare in September 2026, which is the only reason Chandre will be looking for another family. We absolutely plan to stay in contact with her. Any family would be incredibly fortunate to welcome her into their home, and we cannot recommend her highly enough. We will always be grateful for the love, patience, and care she has given our daughter and our entire family.
