Welcome to my profile! My name is Chantell and I am a single mother of 2 amazing little girls. My youngest just turned 3 and my oldest is 5. She started kindergarten this year and loves it. I work concessions for festivals occasionally and am also looking for a care job. I have 9 years of childcare experience and have worked with children of all ages, primarily with infants and toddlers. I attended Front Range Community College for Early Childhood Education. I am Group Leader Qualified as well as EQIT, CPR and First Aid certified. I have also taken several breast feeding friendly classes. I believe that children learn best from hands-on learning. Hands on Learning engages both sides of the brain. Listening and analyzing happens in the left side of the brain, visual and spatial processes happen in the right. When you put together multiple styles of learning the brain forms stronger overall connections and is able to store more relevant information.
