About Charisma

Hi my name is Charisma! I'm 20 years old and I study psychology at El Camino! I work part time as a behavior technician both in home and in school and I absolutely love what I do. Hanging out with kindergartners is a blast, they're the best part of my day and everything they do is hilarious. Last year I also worked around kids at Wonder of Dinosaurs in the (dying) mall South Bay Galleria, and before that I worked for 3 years at my first job Scooter's Jungle, which is a children's party venue in El Segundo (check it out! it's cute). From my very first job babysitting my neighbor's baby, I knew I wanted to work with children. As the oldest of two kids, I strike a good balance of knowing how to be firm with kids while still always being gentle and kind. Working as a behavior technician has taught me so many more tools on how to prevent meltdowns and I learn more and more each time I face a new challenge. TLDR; I am a 20-year-old girl who loves to play and be silly with kids.
