About Charlee

Hi! My name is Charlee, and caring for children has always been a big part of my life. As the oldest of 12 siblings, including one with Down syndrome, I naturally took on a nurturing and responsible role from a young age, caring for kids of all ages and needs. Growing up in a conservative family shaped my values of patience, kindness, structure, and creating a safe, loving environment where children can thrive. I have years of hands-on experience caring for multiple children both within my family and through babysitting. I also spent 10 years working at Chick-fil-A, where I developed strong reliability, clear communication, and the ability to stay calm, organized, and attentive under pressure. I am now excited to return to what I love most--providing dependable and trustworthy care so children feel safe, valued, and well cared for while parents have peace of mind.
