Charlene was the answer to our prayers in finding a super caregiver for my Mom. She is efficient, discerning, adapts well to change she is kind, caring and very professional. She handled the most difficult circumstances with the utmost care and knowledge. We never had to worry when she was with Charlene. Charlene as a bonus is a RN and was confident in the tracking of medication, communicating with doctors, and excellent communication with the family.
