Charlie has been watching our son as part of a nanny share for two years. She is in our home every day with him and I can't say enough about her as a caregiver. Their bond is incredible and our son loves her. Charlie is incredible and helps me keep our home running smoothly. Our son is speaking Spanish and English, knows all his colors and shapes and is so active.
