About Charlotte

Hi! I'm a compassionate childcare provider with over five years of professional experience working with children of all ages and abilities! My background includes working as a lead preschool teacher, an ABA behavioral therapist, and, for the past three years, an intensive one-on-one paraprofessional at a specialized school supporting children with disabilities and complex needs. I also have extensive babysitting experience with numerous families. I'm CPR and Basic First Aid certified, comfortable with pets, and experienced in child development, behavioral support, and creating safe, engaging environments. Above all, I genuinely love working with children! I believe every child deserves to feel safe, understood, and valued.
