Charlotte began caring for my son when he was 15 months old, working four days a week for eight to nine hours a day. Over the years, she has truly become a part of our family. Even now, with my children being 7 and 5 years old, they constantly ask when she will be home from college to visit. Charlotte is exceptionally reliable and always punctual. What sets her apart is her initiative; she immediately engages with the children and creates fun, creative play stations for them without needing any direction. She consistently goes above and beyond, ensuring that she cleans up after the kids and helps with additional tidying around the house.
