About Charlotte

Hello everyone! My name is Charlotte, and I am a recent graduate of Davidson College with a degree in Educational Studies. After living in North Carolina for the last few years to complete my degree, I am excited to be back in my hometown. At Davidson, I worked as a nanny and tutor outside of school while balancing coursework in education, child development, and a placement in an elementary school. I have worked with kids for the last 6 years and am passionate about creating a safe, positive, and curious environment. I believe in meeting every child where they are at, finding their interests, and creating an atmosphere that they are excited to be part of. Outside of my interactions with the children themselves, I believe in having a close working relationship with the family so all parties are aligned. I look forward to hearing from you soon!
