Charnelle showed up on time , worked very hard the whole time she was here , did what was asked and more. Her attitude was very professional , caring and helpful . She treated my wife with dignity . She communicates well , very respectful and treated my wife with so much empathy and respect . She was there through to the end . What I loved the most was how she is so professional , and also if she needed to leave . She would get her own replacement, have the person come in and have them shadow her and learn about my wife’s daily routines , which brought me comfort and peace of mind knowing my wife was safe , protected and cared for.
