I hired Charysma after a really good interview. I was impressed with her experience and her professionalism on the call. Unfortunately, she texted at 4 am and stated she was not coming due to having other obligations. How hard is it to be honest. If you knew you had other thing to do she could have just stated that. Her text said it would have been better to start another day. AGAIN how hard is it to be honest. It is not ok to leave an employer in a lurch when they are expecting you to show up. Very bad form and not dependable AT ALL. I WOULD NEVER HIRE HER.
