About Chaya

Hello, I'm 31 years old and based in the Santa Monica/West LA area. I've been working with children for over 15 years in a variety of roles including as a nanny, light housekeep, camp counselor, and even through international trips where I helped launch children's summer camps abroad. My experience spans all age groups, and I hold a degree in Child Development, which has deepened my understanding of the emotional, cognitive, and physical needs of growing children. Caring for kids isn't just a job for me it's a passion that's shaped who I am. I take pride in being a safe, responsible, and reliable presence in a child's life, and I don't take that role lightly. I bring a calm, energetic, and thoughtful approach to everything I do, and I always strive to create a warm, structured, and engaging environment for the children I work with. I also believe strongly in clear communication and working collaboratively with parents to make sure their child is supported and thriving.
