I have extensive experience in childcare, including raising a (now) 5-year-old nephew and a 3-year-old niece, as well as pediatric nursing experience. I have been using Care. com and have never had anything but a positive experience! I am also very comfortable with pets, having grown up with multiple animals, including cats, dogs, rabbits, and chickens. I'm currently in between nursing jobs because I am staying home to help rehabilitate my dog, who was hit by a car in June. My availability is very open! Chelsea cared for our son (who was between 3-5 months) 2x/week (3-5hrs) over the summer to give this tired mama an extra hand with the baby & around the house. She always arrived with a smile on her face, upbeat energy, a genuine willingness to help out, and a really sweet desire to spend time with our son. One thing we absolutely loved about Chelsea was her proactiveness. She would find things to help out with things and left things tidy when she departed for the day. We also had Chelsea come twice when we had friends with young children and she watched our son + a one year old, and another time with a 1.5 year old, and both times she did great with two children at once! We highly recommend her!
