I am writing this letter in support of Chelsea and her Nanny career. Chelsea was employed by us for three years, starting January 23rd 2017, when our daughter was 22-months-old (just about 2-years-old), and ending in March 2020. In April 2018, we added another family with two children into the mix to form a nanny-share. Chelsea and our daughter immediately hit it off and had a strong bond. Chelsea was on top of planning activities for inside the home (such as arts and crafts, puzzles, story-times, games, etc), as well as planning multiple outings outside the house each week. Our daughter was always out and about exploring in nature and many child-friendly places in Albuquerque (such as the Zoo, Aquarium, Botanical Gardens, children's museum Natural History Museum, Libraries, Parks, Hiking/Walks, Gymnastics, etc) under the care of Chelsea. All in all, we recommend Chelsea as a Nanny and we think she has a natural caregiver energy that makes children naturally feel at ease around her.
