About Chelsea

Dedicated to child-led caregiving at every age, I believe autonomy and respect are key to raising happy and healthy kids. I curate peaceful and patient environments by setting children up for success, nurturing agency, and validating feelings. My natural style of caregiving closely aligns with Montessori & RIE beliefs and is rooted in mindfulness. With over a decade of in-home nanny experience, I am extremely confident in my ability to help raise kind, confident, and curious children. As a home chef I work with families to create weekly menus and individual meals that fit a variety of diets and tastes. In my spare time I enjoy photography, yoga, and reading by the lake with my bulldog, Bert. I am currently in grad school (online) for mental health counseling, and look forward to my future as a somatic therapist. Resume and stellar references available upon request.
