About Chelsea

Hi! I'm a caring, patient, and dependable caregiver with experience supporting children, teens, and adults and individuals with special needs. As a former special education student who attended two out-of-district special needs schools, I have firsthand understanding of the importance of patience, inclusion, and individualized support. I currently work as a Special Needs Aide at my local church, working one-on-one with a child through lessons, activities, sports, games, and worship. I also spent six years as an Assistant Teacher at a Taekwondo school, supervising children, assisting with activities, and providing one-on-one support. I am also a parent to a 2-year-old, giving me additional hands-on experience with the needs and routines of young children. My goal is to provide safe, supportive, and enjoyable caregiving where every kid feels respected and encouraged.
