Experienced and compassionate nanny with 10+ years of professional childcare & teaching experience with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary and Early Childhood Education. I am passionate about fostering a safe, nurturing, creative, and educational environment that focuses on the child's interests and allows them to grow socially & emotionally. I believe in creating an environment where children are seen as capable and curious individuals. My approach integrates the child-centered learning principles of Montessori, fostering independence, responsibility, and self-discipline, with the imaginative, hands-on learning environment of Waldorf education.
