About Chelsea

I'd describe myself as playful, kind, and patient. I love working with kids and being part of their growth-seeing them learn new skills and gain confidence is really rewarding to me. I started caring for kids at 14 with my younger sister and cousin, and for the past 2 years I've been working professionally as a substitute teacher with Pre-K through 5th grade. I'm currently a nanny for two kids, ages 4 and 5. I'm responsible, caring, and always try to create a safe, positive environment. My strengths are creativity, helping kids learn and grow, and strong communication. I'm looking for a stable, supportive family where I can continue to grow. My top childcare skills are creativity, skill-building, and communication.
