About Chelsea

Spending four wonderful years working in a retirement home was an incredibly enriching experience that allowed me to develop a deep understanding and appreciation for caring for the elderly. While my main responsibilities were centered around the dietary department, where I ensured that our residents enjoyed nutritious and delicious meals, I also had the opportunity to engage with them in various meaningful ways. This role enabled me to acquire a wide range of valuable skills, from effective communication to empathetic listening, which have been invaluable in my personal and professional life. Moreover, the time I spent there was filled with countless cherished memories, as I formed genuine connections with the residents and staff alike, creating a supportive and heartwarming community.
