About Chelsea

My name is Chelsea I have over 7 years of experience caring for young children. I am emotionally intelligent, extremely patient, kind, caring, FUN, understanding & energetic. I am also trustworthy, organized, attentive, & supportive. I strongly believe that the early years of a child is the most important. I provide a safe secure environment & person that children can attach to aside their parents. I promise to make sure the child/children are happy, thriving, safe, loved by supporting the right developmental activities, playing & just having lots of fun. I will mention I'm not a harsh/strict nanny but I won't let the kids misbehave. My strong suit is getting children to behave & be kind by modeling that myself. I teach emotional maturity, and deal with problems by getting down on their level, listening, understanding them, talking/naming feelings & explaining the consequences. I also prefer to praise good behavior.
