About Chelsey

Nurturing young minds is my passion. I offer over five years of experience working in childcare such as classroom and nanny experience. I bring creativity, patience, and a friendly approach to childcare. My graduate degree in Early Childhood Education and teaching background has equipped me with the skills to foster growth through age-appropriate learning activities. I enjoy sensory play, nature exploration, reading, and imaginative games with children. I am comfortable caring for multiple children at a time, and I am certified in First Aid Training and CPR Training. I am happy to assist with meal prep, light housekeeping, carpooling, and extracurricular activities. I value open communication and honesty while working together with parents. I am mindful of each family's parenting style and approach situations with empathy and redirection. I believe children thrive on routine and consistency!
