About Chelsey

Hi there! I've been working with children of all ages for over 20 years, and most of my jobs have been child- and family-focused. I have experience with newborns through teens, including multiples, mixed-age groups, neurodivergent children, and children with varying support needs. Families often describe me as kind, patient, creative, and caring. I'm also a longtime parent and homeschool educator, so I understand the realities of caring for kids in a real-life environment. My background includes postpartum doula support and parent education training, with additional experience supporting infants and families. I'm CPR/First Aid certified, have a safe driving record, and no criminal history. My caregiving style is flexible and child-centered. I enjoy crafts, baking, outdoor adventures, reading together, imaginative play, and helping children feel safe, understood, and comfortable being themselves. I do my best to adapt to each child's personality, interests, energy level, and needs.
