I have 22 years of experience working with children of all ages. I've taught in daycare, volunteered in NC public schools, provided medical care, and most importantly been a mother to my 18-year-old daughter. I have retired from healthcare, specifically home healthcare. I believe each child is different and deserves someone who will learn what works for them. I am happy to follow your rules and schedule as the care I provide should mirror your parenting style ensuring your children feel safe and loved. I have a flexible schedule so I'm able to provide care when you need it. I'm happy to help with things around the house during quiet times. I believe communication is very important, just because you're not with your little one doesn't mean you don't want to know about their day.
