About Chelsie

I have had a passion for children for as long as I can remember. When I was little and someone asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up, I would always answer with mommy. My family and friends call me "the baby whisperer." I have been a professional nanny for going on five years, though my experience started in high school when my sister had her daughter. I moved in with her for two summers and helped raise my niece while she finished nursing school and worked. I do a lot of date night babysitting, as well as previously being on childcare staff at a church for events and weekly community groups. I also worked in children's retail for five years. I went to Belmont University and have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, but soon after graduating realized that my passion and calling was engrained in working with children.
