And always studying nutrition, and trends/warnings , etc. I also am very much into fitness and health, and development. Amazing references, I love animals, and have my own rescue. I also do private home care, but stepped away a bit, since COVID was very hard on our elderly. And it was very hard on all caretakers , due to so many losses. We are only human..
