Hi, I'm Cheryl, a friendly and reliable Certified Home Health Aide with four years of hands-on experience. I'm CPR/First Aid certified and carry professional insurance. If you or a loved one are looking for a just a few hours of help once or twice weekly, let's connect! I provide independent women with stand-by assistance or hands-on help with bathing and personal care (including hairstyling), household support such as laundry, bed linens, vacuuming, organizing, and personal assistant duties such as phone calls, appointments, tech help, errands, pet care and more. Rates: $30/hr. $30 for an initial in-home consultation, (completed at your first service visit). Prior to being a care companion, I was a long-time massage therapist and pet sitter. Family and friends know me for being trustworthy, and I genuinely enjoy socializing with seniors. On my days off I like baking, listening to music (anything from wartime to worship), learning to sew and spending quality time with loved ones.
