About Cheyann

I am a dedicated childcare professional with over three years of experience caring for children from infancy through age 11. My passion is creating a safe and nurturing, environment where children can learn and thrive. I have experience caring for multiple children at once and supporting their developmental, emotional, and educational needs. My background includes working as an Infant Teacher, Pre-K Teacher Assistant, and a Paraprofessional with District 118, where I supported students, including those with special needs. I have completed over 120 hours of Gateways Registry training in child health and safety, and am CPR and First Aid certified. I enjoy planning creative activities, outdoor play, sensory experiences, crafts, and educational games that encourage learning through play. Families describe me as patient, dependable, and compassionate.
