I provide respite care, transportation, hospice services, errands/shopping, home health, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and assistance with dementia, medical management, mobility, and physical activity. I adapt to changing routines, handle confusion or agitation, and incorporate memory care activities. Communication with families is key, so I provide written daily reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. I am also CPR and First Aid certified.
