About Chiderah

Hi! Thank you for your interest. I am a not-so-recent graduate who works as a scientist during the day. I enjoy working with children and have years of experience engaging in tutoring, outdoor activities, and general care for children of all ages. My work with kids started in undergrad but has since become a sort of hobby/passion of mine alongside my current work in research; something I enjoy doing. Thus, I make it a point to ensure that any children in my care enjoy the experience too - no matter how brief. My interaction style is laid back - going at the pace of the child, learning their cues effectively, building comfort, before challenging their engagement/learning as needed. My current work schedule allows for occasional or one-time needs, with a preference for days like Mon/Tue/Fri after 5:00 p.m. or anytime on Sat, or om Sun after 1:30 p.m. I hope we are all great fit for each other.
