I'd describe my personality as Compassionate. Dependable. Attentive. I like caring for seniors because I I believe they deserve dignity, respect, and compassionate care. It is rewarding to help them remain comfortable, safe, and as independent as possible. I'm looking for a job where I can make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors while working as part of a supportive and respectful team. I started caring for seniors when I was a teenager like 30 years ago when my Grandmother who has dementia was living with us and I was drawn close to her One thing you should know about me is I'm steady and dependable. I show up on time, I follow the care plan, and I pay attention to small changes so I can communicate early. My skills include safe personal care and mobility assistance. Second, strong observation and communication so changes get reported quickly. And third, building calm, respectful relationships that reduce anxiety and build trust.
