My goal is to foster a safe, loving environment for children to learn, play, and flourish in! Children should learn through play, as well as guided teaching. My teaching style closely reflects a Montessori approach, focusing on self-directed activity and collaborative play. My philosophy is to allow children to lead in their development, in lieu of my tailored support. Positive reinforcement techniques are the only disciplinary style I align with and will practice. I aim to partner with parents in this process and build a trusting relationship with the family.
