Miss Hailey interview and worked for me at the M. Parks & Recreation Department. Miss Hailey is very dependable, she is very caring, creative when it comes to keeping the children in her care entertained in games and crafts. Miss Hailey has excellent discipline/reward systems, she is able to to keep them inline and engaged at all time. Miss Hailey had 10 children in her group the summer of 2016 and did an excellent job with them. She received high marks on both of her evaluations for the first and second sessions of camp. I highly recommend her as a care giver. They would be very lucky to have her.
