It's truly rewarding to help others live comfortably. For the past three years, I've been privileged to work as a caregiver, supporting adults and seniors with compassion and respect. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, I am also trained in CPR and First Aid. My approach is patient and empathetic, and I strive to create a friendly and calm environment. I understand the importance of respecting independence, and I'm skilled at adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion with care. I provide transportation, run errands, assist with light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I communicate with families through verbal updates, regular texts, or phone calls, always following their preferred method.
