I'm a Behavior Technician with 7 years of experience working with neurodiverse children and over 15 years in childcare. I'm deeply passionate about supporting children's growth, learning, and confidence in a safe and positive environment. My calm, patient, and friendly nature helps me build strong, trusting relationships with both children and their families. I enjoy engaging environments-whether that's through play, structured activities, or fun skills like swimming, or even a quiet night to watch a movie with the kids. I'm always willing to get down on the floor, meet children at their level, and actively engage with them. With a strong foundation in early childhood development, along with First Aid and CPR certification, I provide a safe, nurturing, and flexible environment tailored to each child's unique needs.
