About Christina

I'd describe my personality as positive, warm, flexible, and outgoing. I like caring for seniors because we have great conversations! Helping people maintain their sense of independence and dignity is very gratifying. I'm looking to do something real, not virtual, with people who need a bit of support. I also love kids, from babies to teens. (My own son is overseas at college :( ). I started caring for seniors when I was an undergrad. I switched to working with adults with developmental disabilities, and came back to working with seniors after being a stay-at-home mom for 15 years. For fun, I like to knit or crochet, read, make healthy yummy meals, go for walks or bike rides, and hang out with friends or family. Be warned that I have a slightly wacky sense of humor. My skills include working with all sorts of people, being very patient, being great at on-the-spot problem solving, and helping with housework.
