We regret not checking references. She repeatedly cancelled last-minute for personal plans, including planned trips. Our baby liked her, but she refused to follow gentle parenting, calling him “fake crying” or “dramatic.” She was uncomfortable feeding solids, using a car seat, going outside in hot weather, and allowing independence. She argued, insulted our preferred parenting style, frequently interrupted conversations, and was extremely defensive. We would not rehire or recommend her.
