About Katelyn

My name is Katelyn and I have been teaching for three years. I am double licensed in Early Childhood Education and Moderate Disabilities. I am also currently in grad school pursuing a masters degree and literacy certificate. My strength is in teaching children from kindergarten to third grade how to read and write. I use a multi-sensory approach to curriculum that keeps students engaged and moving, even when on the computer. My experience is primarily with students who have adhd, add, odd, autism spectrum disorder, and specific learning disabilities. In addition to literacy, I also have ample experience with math, science, and social studies.
