Hi! I'm Ciara, a professional nanny with 9 years of childcare experience and a special love for working with infants and toddlers. I'm CPR and First Aid trained, and I have a strong understanding of early childhood development. I believe great childcare is a balance of warmth, patience, structure, and fun. I love creating engaging, age-appropriate activities, spending time outdoors, reading, encouraging creativity, and helping little ones learn and grow through everyday experiences. With babies and toddlers, I'm comfortable supporting routines, developmental milestones, and the many transitions that come with these early years. I'm dependable, attentive, and proactive, and I value open communication with parents so that we can work together as a team. Most importantly, I want the children in my care to feel safe, loved, confident, and free to be themselves.
