My journey into childcare was driven by my positive experiences in previous babysitting roles and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on children's lives. I pride myself on being patient, calm, and creative, always seeking to engage children with imaginative and educational activities. My approach to communication with parents involves verbal updates at pickup, regular text or phone call updates, and I am adaptable to their preferred communication method. While I am somewhat comfortable enforcing household rules, I believe in fostering a respectful and collaborative relationship with children, encouraging them to understand the reasons behind the rules and promoting positive behavior. I am delighted to engage children in a variety of games, from outdoor sports and physical games to board games and puzzles.
