Hello! I hope all is well. I have 12 plus years of working with children from infants to 14 yrs of age in school and home settings. My part time profession is working with children that have Autism as a registered behavior therapist. I specialize in play therapy, arts and craft and helping with academics. I recently had the pleasure of having Cierro babysit my 2-year-old autistic son, and I can't express how grateful I am for her exceptional care. As a parent, leaving my child with someone unfamiliar was a nerve-wracking experience, especially considering my son's unique needs and routines. However, Cierro's expertise and compassionate nature immediately put both me and my son at ease.

From the moment she arrived, my son took an instant liking to her. What struck me most was her ability to connect with him on such a deep level, despite it being their first meeting. Her background and experience working with children on the autism spectrum were reassuring, but it was her genuine nurturing and caring spirit that truly stood out. She intuitively knew how to create an environment where my son felt relaxed, comfortable, and happy – as if she had been a part of our family from the beginning.

Usually, my son runs to me when I return, but this time, he was so engaged with Cierro that he didn't even notice my arrival. Seeing him so content and at ease spoke volumes about the bond they had formed during their time together.

Throughout the babysitting session, Cierro kept me updated with messages, photos, and videos, which went a long way in alleviating any anxieties I had about being apart from my son. Her youthful energy, creativity, and innate ability to entertain children were evident in every interaction. It's worth mentioning that she has a background in ABA, which adds an extra layer of reassurance.

I  want to pass on a review because the great caretakers don't last. They have goals to achieve so we just enjoy the time that we have with them. Cierro was a dynamic, playful, but responsible/knowledgeable caretaker.  My kiddo is looking forward to seeing her again.
