Cindy contacted me multiple times about a job I posted. I decided to hire Cindy, but on the day she was supposed to start she never showed. I contacted her to confirm that she was going to be late, and to tell her that she could come 30 minutes later if needed. She then tells me she wouldn't be able to make it. It's been a week, and I haven't had a follow up, nor has she reached out to reschedule. I think it's unprofessional, and hope that she doesn't waste another persons time.
