Hi, I worked with children for many years. I've cared for the elderly before teaching and also worked with children of special needs. I came back to where I love being and that is with the elder.
I've been caring for the elderly for over 28years. I've worked in nursing homes and privately in many homes. I'm experienced with dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, sundowners, cancer, stroke, COPD, wound-care, Ostomy care, etc.

I am a home health care physical therapist and had had the pleasure of working with clients that Cindy cares for. She takes her job seriously and genuinely cares about her clients and their families. She is skilled, attentive and willing to follow through with requests from a therapist such as exercises, special equipment etc. I would want her caring for my parents!

My husband and I highly recommend Cindy for senior care.  Cindy was an amazing healthcare assistant.  Cindy took care of my mother in law for a little over a year when my husband and I were at work.  My mother in law has Parkinson's disease, and Cindy helped her to take her medications, cooked her meals, brought her to doctor appointments, and helped her with personal care.  She is dedicated and kind.  My mother in law moved out of state to live with her daughter, otherwise Cindy would still be caring for her. I often expressed to Cindy how lucky we were to have her generous help and care.

Cindy occasionally took care of my mother who was elderly and had dementia.  She was extremely compassionate, patient & very understanding towards my moms needs. She even went out of her way on her day off on the weekend to stop by when my mom was sick to see if everything was OK. She is dedicated and very dependable. It's hard to find caring & trustworthy caretakers these days and she is one of those rare individuals!  I highly recommend her as a caretaker!!!

I have known Cindy for the past 15 years. She is professional, honest, reliable and very easy to get along with . She is a hard worker, loyal friend and wonderful mother. Cindy helped care for my Dad for many years.  She provided him care and companionship with such kindness and love.  Our family has been so thankful to have her in our lives.  She was always at the house on time, no matter the weather.  We could 100% count on her to be there and handle anything that came up.  She was alert to any changes in his condition, and acted promptly to get him the attention he needed.  She took him to all his doctor appointments, and organized his schedule and meals.  She added such joy to my Dad's days.  She is most highly recommended!

Cindy took care of my father for about 6 years; he passed away in January at the age of 92.  She is kind, loving, and caring, and helped him enjoy life--going on outings, seeing friends, etc.  His face lit up with a smile whenever he saw her.  She was also extremely responsible and trustworthy in many ways-- noticing physical condition change, car safety, household administration, personal care and safety, planning, shopping and preparation of delicious healthy meals, and generally looking out for my father's well being.
