Hello! I am a child development major who has an associates degree in early childhood education. I just graduated this May with my bachelor's degree in Child Development and Family Studies at Cal State Long Beach. I am currently working as a school behavior technician. I used be an after school staff for two years who started off as a Youth Development Professional who then got promoted as an academic coordinator. I have experience working with children from the ages of 3-8 years old. I have been a student teacher and completed 60 hours of supervision under a lead teacher in a preschool classroom. I am a play advocate and believe children learn best through play. I like working with kids because I am an older sibling myself. I have always been taking care of my little brothers and cousins as long as I can remember. My career goal is to become a Pediatric Occupational Therapist!
