About Claire

I have a sister with Down Syndrome and have been involved in the special needs community my whole life. I am currently a speech language pathologist at a D75 High School in NYC. I do have my own private practice and have availability to take on additional speech therapy clients (child-adult). I graduated with my Masters in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Columbia University. I have experience in treating adults with aphasia and cognitive disorders due to TBI and stroke, voice disorders, articulation disorders, language disorders, and executive functioning trouble. I would say my passion lies in helping people with functional communication skills! I like to make our sessions as transferable to skills people will use in their day to day.
