Greetings! I'm Claire, I hold a degree in Nutrition and a Masters in School Counseling & Expressive Arts Therapy. I grew up the oldest sister of 4 siblings and for over 15 years I have enjoyed my work as a professional caregiver. I provide reliable care for wellness oriented families close to Asheville. I have the most experience caring for newborns to age 5 years, including 3 sets of twins. Overall I enjoy caring for children (and pets) of all ages. Claire is the first person I've hired to watch my 6 month old! Up to this point I've only trusted close friends or immediate family. If you are traveling to Asheville and want a date night- Claire is your girl! We traveled to Asheville for a wedding and needed a babysitter for our 9 month old son for the wedding. We hired Claire and she was absolutely wonderful! Gave us updates and our son loved her! She is really great with kids. We stayed a few nights more and ended up using her to watch our son 2 more times. She is dependable, trustworthy, and very caring. She will bring toys for your child to play with. It's obvious off the bat she had a lot of experience working with children. You will be very happy hiring her, we were!! :)

Claire is wonderful!!! While traveling to Asheville for a wedding, she watched my two boys 7 months and 2.5 years old for two nights at the grove park inn. She brought fun activities like stickers and coloring books, knowing we were in a hotel with limited kid activities in our room. The boys absolutely loved her. She was even able to get my oldest who is very energetic and strong willed to bed on time ! 
Claire and I met years before I had kids of my own, and knowing her personally gave me confidence in hiring her to watch my kids over the weekend.   She is truly a kind, trustworthy, patient person who I wish could be our babysitter all the time! Having her as their caretaker gave me peace of mind knowing she would create a safe and creative space for the boys. A true GEM !

We were in town for a holiday party. Claire was wonderful with our toddler! She brought craft supplies and sent us updates throughout the night. She even magically got him to brush his teeth and go to sleep! Thank you Mary Poppins, I mean Claire! 

Claire was the perfect last-minute babysitter at our wedding. Kids and adults alike loved her.
