About Claire

Hi, I'm Claire! I'm a college student in Monterey and I absolutely love working with kids! I have years of experience caring for children from 4 months to 12 years old, including two summers as a day-camp counselor for ages 4-12 and regular babysitting experience with an infant. I've been working with children since I was 10, when I started as a counselor-in-training at summer camp. I'm great at coming up with fun, age-appropriate activities and really enjoy getting to know each child's personality. I'm equally comfortable playing games and doing crafts with big kids or caring for a baby who needs a little extra attention. I have a car, I'm CPR certified, responsible, patient, and confident handling children on my own. Most importantly, I genuinely enjoy being around kids-and they tend to love me right back! I'm looking for part-time and occasional babysitting opportunities in Monterey that I can fit around my college schedule. I'd love to meet your family!
