Throughout that period he proved to be an extremely responsible, kind, patient and respectful person. He always fulfilled his responsibilities in a professional manner and treated my grandfather with dignity, affection and attention. Their commitment and dedication gave us peace of mind and trust at all times. Unfortunately, my grandfather passed away, but I am deeply grateful for the excellent care he received.
